Now let us select ‘REPEAT LAST’ command which will repeat the previous tool you used (EXTRUDE) and pull the poly faces outside and then rotate it back and the resultant image would be as shown below.

Now let us select the edge and add ‘RING’ with one segment. Now on the viewport go to the option box of CONNECT tool and then sdd one segment in the centre and pull out the centre vertex of nail to make it look round as shown below.

Now let us remove the turbosmooth and ‘ATTACH’ the toe to the base of the foot. Now let us delete the border polygon faces of toe and foot as we did while attaching big toe in earlier step. Now let us select the edge and ‘RING’ it and add one segment in the centre as shown below.

Once again let us use ‘TARGET WELD’ weld the vertices as we did in the earlier step and the resultant image would as shown below.
