查了网上相关资料，指出可能是asp.net用户权限问题，马上查看"管理工具"里的“计算机管理”，转到“用户”，发现aspnet用户被停用，马上开启，这个时候注意要重启web服务，可以使用iisreset命令。然后问题就顺利解决。
